Breathwork & Nervous System Training
Learn techniques to regulate stress, enhance endurance, and deepen your connection with your breath. Breath is the foundation of movement, mindset, and overall well-being, and I’ll guide you in harnessing it to optimize both performance and presence. Your breath influences posture, chronic muscle tension, inflammation, stress, anxiety, and even your spiritual practice. In fact, the prefix "spi-" means breath (as in spirometer), making spiritual literally translate to breathing ritual. EVERYTHING begins with the breath.

Holistic Mentorship & Personal Development
If you’re looking for deeper self-exploration, mindset shifts, and integration of movement and spiritual philosophy, we’ll work together to create a path that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. This is for anyone seeking clarity, balance, and transformation. This can also include business development and consulting, web and graphic design support, and other forms of guidance.

In-person Experiences

When in person with clients, my sessions are oriented around holistic, hands-on bodywork. It begins with a full-body assessment of your posture, muscle tension and imbalances, and energetic alignment, and it ends with you feeling strong, relaxed, aligned, and pain-free. Think of it like a visit to your chiropractor, massage therapist, physical therapist, and life coach all at the same time.

**In practice, my 1-on-1 sessions are usually a blend of all three of these pathways. One session might be spent working through your chronic low back pain. The next session might be exploring your self-limiting beliefs and thought patterns that keep you in a chronically stressed state. The third might explore inner-child emotional healing to address the deep inner wounds that keep showing up in various ways in your life. Or maybe each session is a blend of all three. We work together to explore what will help you to function at your best.
